What are signs of twins?

What are your twin stories on finding/feeling you're having twins Before the doctor told you you're having twins? Earliest signs??

Answer

I took a pregnancy test at 7DPO as I was feeling sick and got a thick positive.

I was throwing up 4/6 times a day and if i wasnt throwing up i felt gross like I was hungover.

I kept joking it was twins as I wasnt hungry and in fetal position due to feeling ill.

At 7 weeks we had a scan and it showed twins. Im now almost 14 weeks along.
