Is it okay to wear a tampon to bed?

I always leak through at night and I just thought stuff it I'll wear a tampon, but I don't want any problems to happen

Yup it is . As long as its not in for 8 hours at a time you shouldnt have problems . If mines heavy i usually use a tampon and a pad to bed . Im not a pads person and prefer tampons but use both when i need to

Please don't wear a tampon to bed. Even though some people do it you are still at risk for tss and that is so bad!

Yes it's okay. I feel safer when I set an alarm on my phone so I won't leave it in too long, and I'll just get up early in the morning, change it and go back to sleep :)
Also I only do this when my flow is heavy. Otherwise I usually sleep on my stomach (wearing a pad ofc) and this usually helps not make as much of a bloody mess (pun intended, haha...ha..:3) Good luck! :D
