Weed & breastfeeding

Would I be able to breastfeed & smoke weed? The doctor told me that if I ever drunk wine or anything that I could just pump & dump so is it the same concept with marijuana? & no I don't smoke weed around my kids or anything & yes I know that weed stays in your system for some time but still, I wonder ...
