Brown spotting at 9 weeks.. normal?

So I just saw the doctor and had an ultrasound last week. Tests look great and ultrasound showed a healthy heartbeat :) today I woke up with brown spotting, enough to wear a pantyliner. No cramps. Anyone else have this??

I had that weeks 5-7 no explanation but doctor for my peace of mind ordered labs and an ultrasound. Brown blood is old blood as long as u have no bright red and cramps it's ok. Call doctor for peace of mind.

I've read the ultrasound can cause that. Or sex!
