Blood

Ok, first time posting and it is due to my fears.  I mc in December of 2013 and have been trying for 7 years.  Had a positive test 5 days ago and I was shocked but excited.  This morning I started spotting and started freaking.  I get an occasional cramp but do have pressure in my lower back, just under my ribs and on my sides. I called the I call nurse and she told me to call and make an appointment for tomorrow (not today due to holiday). I am stressing, anyone else ever experience this?  What came of your pregnancy?
