Fear of gender disappointment by husband's family

Seriously everyone in my husband's family wants a little boy. We have the anatomy scan on Friday morning so we should be able to confirm. We had an OB appointment at 17 weeks and on said he is pretty sure it's a girl but he wasn't 100%. Lol I think he said that just because you could see it all over my husband's face that he too wants a boy. He basically didn't talk to me for like 30 minutes or more after we left the office although he won't admit that. It really kind of made me mad because I was trying to explain to him all along that it's pretty unlikely that we will have a boy because I only have 1 brother and 2 sisters . He is the only boy and has 3 sisters...we're very girl heavy.
I got upset the other day because I called our baby her/she and he said "innocent until proven guilty and stop trying to tell me it's not a boy!" I started crying and told him he and his whole family is going to be disappointed when we're sure it's a girl and I fear they won't love her as much. We have a 6 almost 7 year old daughter (he's step daddy but only knows him and not biological father). His sister and family already doesn't want to play with her as much as they used to and I hate taking her there because they just sit around and my little one gets really bored and irritable.
They just keep telling me no you have to have a boy!!! Honestly, little boys scare me. (I teach prek and they're nuts lol) we saw his cousins 3 year old nephew and I seriously was about to walk out because he was such a turd. Punching and hitting and jumping off the furniture and throwing tantrums um no thank you. I opened my mouth and said, you don't want him going to preschool acting like that.
