Hi Ladies! I'm 5'8", am 31 weeks, started my pregnancy weighing 126lbs, am 143 now. At my last appointment my doctor stated that she would like me to stick to just 5 more lbs over the remainder of my pregnancy. Does this sound right? How do you all manage your weight ?
