I made these today to not only try them but for a family cook out! Everybody loved then and they really are good. If you're like me and don't like cooked spinach get it raw and use in place of lettuce. Also you don't even need a bun for the turkey burgers and the sauce makes quite a bit so unless you're cooking for a ton of people and each one is going to use it there's no need to double it. For the kabobs you use either shrimp or chicken and I'd even say you can cook it on the stove without turning it into a kabob first.
