First doctor's appt tomorrow. 6w6days pregnant.

Hi everyone!

Tomorrow will be my first appt at 6w6d.. im kind of scared because i really dont know what to expect. This is my first baby. :) on my 4th and 5th week ive been having sore breasts, bloating, occasional cramps, vaginal soreness and very very light pinkish brown spotting which was on and off for 3days total... but as i hit my 6th week, all seem to have disappeared. Kinda worried. :( is anyone experiencing what im going through right now? What is usually done on doctors visits at about 6 to 7weeks? :)
