Pubic Symphysis
Recently my midwife told me that I have Pubic Symphysis, its causing me horrible pelvic pains all day and night especially when I try to move it evens cracks when I move occasionally! I was wondering if any other mothers or moms to be have dealt with this and have any tips to help with the pain!
