Baby acne??

Question

How do I get baby acne to go away? 
My 10 day old baby has some under her neck and I've washed it and put lotion on but I'm not sure if there's anything else I should or could be doing!?

Time. And some say breastmilk applied topically but didnt work for our son.

My baby had pretty bad acne. I started putting coconut oil on her 2-3 times a day and it went away within a week.

Aquaphor ointment (not lotion) worked well for us. And washed with only water no soap

My baby had it rly bad for about a week ..there's not much u can do but wash there face 2 or 3 times a day with a warm wash cloth he's 3 weeks now and it seems to be clearing up good luck momma

No lotion. Doctor said it will make it worse. My son has it on his face we used someone's advice from here and wiped his face with a wet wash cloth when he goes to bed and when he wakes up in the morning and it is going away! It took about a week to see some.progress. Hope this helps.

It will go away on its own I wouldn't put anything on it my son had it bad and it cleared up on its own

Just wait it out. It will go away. Keep it clean with a warm towel a couple times a day and don't put a bunch of crap on it.

My pediatrician recommended bathing my LO in Dove sensitive skin soap and vanicream 2-3xs a day (you can order it on amazon). I also used Eucerin Eczema lotion after every bath. This combo cleared it up and we haven't had any problems with it since.
