22 weeks and I've already gained almost 30 lbs 😩
I am always super fit and healthy pre pregnancy and I planned on keeping a fit pregnancy as well I could but the first 4 months of my pregnancy were brutal. It wasn't even morning sickness. It was the fatigue! Not to mention I got carried away eating things I normally would've never ate pre pregnancy. I'm nervous of how much more I'll gain for the duration of my pregnancy. Anyone else dealing with this or dealt with this in other pregnancies. I'm hoping I'll be able to bounce back after I give birth and get back into the gym etc. I was 147 lbs of muscle and now I'm 175 lbs of pregnancy lol
