I took my prenatal vitamin but I threw up an hour later.. 😖 does it count that I took it?

I wouldn't count that one since it didn't get absorbed into your system. On the other hand, I wouldn't worry about it too much. Prenatals made me super nauseous my last pregnancy and I only took them 1-2 times a week and everything was fine.

I can't take prenatals due to hypermesis/nausea. What goes down comes back up within the hour and it seems to start for the day when I take my prenatals (with breakfast).. My doctor suggested to take them at night so that is what I did and I struggled at night to sleep without feeling like I'm on a boat. So he said to stop taking them all together and now I'm much better! 
Apparently prenatals only work best if you start taking them a month BEFORE you conceive and 2 months after. So that made me feel a little better knowing I didn't do that either 😒
