Hpv 😪😪😪

I have been diagnosed with hpv 2 weeks ago. I've only ever had sex with one person and that was my ex. I went mad I blamed him and I will always will. But is there any chance that will completely disappear. I know that is wishful thinking. But how could he do this to me. What dose this mean for my future. Will I be able to have kids with out passing it on to them. And what if I get into a new relationship, will they look down on me. This has completely ruined my life.
