I'm 15 weeks today and have had 3 nasty colds in the past 8 weeks. I know a combination of my asthma and allergies are partly to blame. The biggest problems I'm experiencing are the bronchiospasms coupled with shortness of breath. I've talked to my Dr about my asthma and am on medication to help kick this cold quicker than the last two I've had, but I still rely on my ProAir inhaler more than I'd like. Have any of you found at home remedies to easy the tight chest? Those of you using the fast acting inhalers, how often do you use it? I've been varying between one and two puffs daily, but I fear that's too much. I don't want to harm my little munchkin at all, but I know how important it is to breathe too.
