Help me!😥😥😥

My husband just pushed me against a wall and I hurt my knee I can walk but it hurts. Idk what to do. This is all started because he wanted me to help him clean the garage and when I went to help him and started throwing things out he said I was doing everything wrong and called me lazy so I came inside. When he came in I did the mistake of trying to talk things out like I always do but he refuse to talk to me and pushed me against the wall.
