For the past couple of hours I've been having really bad lower back pain that's been constant. It hurts to move and walk. My stomach gets really tight it makes me feel nauseous. I took procardia to help but its not going away. There is a lot of pressure down there (even after I use the bathroom). What do contractions feel like? Should I be worried I'm going into labor?
