Cheap breast pumps??

Question

My insurance doesn't cover a breast pump (already checked.) and I don't really know what to do. One through WIC is most likely manual or used which I don't feel comfortable with. Should I just spend the money on a Medela or are there cheaper ones that work just as well?

Some hospitals allow you to rent try that out . Keep a open mind about used because there's always replacement parts that you can buy to actually go on your boob so in reality just the machine itself will have been used . Also lansinoh is affordable and a great great quality if you're looking to purchase .

I got the lansinoh breast pump & all the other cool products they made..and including all the extra bottles, nipple balm, storage bags, & nipple pads, it was still less than the medela.
Ive heard great things about the medela and it could damn well be worth it! I just cant & couldnt afford it..

However my lansinoh works like a charm, good suction levels, easy to clean and quiet!!

I work at WIC and use their personal double pump (medela) at work. The thing is qualifying . You have to work or go to school 25 or more hours/week.

Breast pumps aren't CHEAP!  Good ones can be pricey. But as stated already the actual machine does not come in connect with the milk.

I had a rental from the hospital for the first two months, then I bought a cheap pump and ended up just expressing myself by hand.  It was that bad.

WIC ones are used but you get all new tubes, bottles and shields which are the only things milk comes into contact with. The pump only sucks but no milk is pumped through it only air.
