I have the worst period cramps of anyone I know. They can drop me to the ground, make me cry, and sometimes even scream. I told my doctor and he put me on the pill but it doesn't help. Only the strongest pamprin or hot bath subsides the pain to manageable, but it's not like I can sit in the bath all day. I don't know what to do cause it cause a problem at work...obviously. Does anyone have suggestions? Please help!!
