37 weeks and sick as a dog. Not only do I have the flu, but I seem to have picked up some kind of stomach bug. I've been in and out of the bathroom for 2 days, I have been having the worst sulphur burps and reflux at night, and my eyes are so dry and itchy all I want to do is cry.

Tea isn't working, panadol does nothing, I'm pretty sure I'm immune to antacids now, given I've been eating them like tic tacs this whole pregnancy. I'm running out of remedies, and running out of patience. Help! What else can I try?
