Worried just trusting God

Hey ladies

Im 7 weeks pregnant I've spotted blood . now just a little more blood now for 4 days.. Still have positive tests. Went to the hospital they can't seem to find whats the problem.. Got a ultrasound nothing...

Anybody else had this problem..

I have a doctor appointment tomorrow in supposed to go back to hospital to get hcg level's
