How does it feel?

Is your stomach or the area the baby is  hard? Or firm ? Or soft? Is there a normal  way it should  feel? 
Sorry if this question is dumb, but I'm  curious. I'm  12 weeks tomorrow.

It's firm, but not hard. This is my second pregnancy so my uterus popped out from behind my pubic bone sooner. I do have a raised but firm part right above my pubic bone, then soft stomach bloat above that.
