Nervous about Baby?? Pls Advise

I am Having my 3rd child.....when I was 18 weeks I went to my Anatomty Scan and they told me the baby was Breech.....when I was 19 weeks the informed me I had issues with my placenta which could cause the baby to be small.....I'm currently 20 weeks and 2 days and haven't felt baby kick is this normal ?? I felt my other 2 around 16-18 weeks 😕

Did they tell you if you have an anterior placenta? I know with those it's harder to feel baby or would take longer until you felt baby move.

At 20 weeks the baby movement was sometimes hard to feel because baby was still small (I'm also on my 3rd), dr told me to drink cold water, lay propped on my back (like a Dr office table) and put an icepack on your belly. ...if in a few mins you don't feel movement, call Dr.
