HELP!!!

I have a 5 year old who is extremely smart and also a cartoon head, she's a busy bee who loves her own way. anyways since of late she's behaving rude. She doesn't listen to me I have to threaten her that I'm gonna spank her and even that sometimes doesn't help. When we go out Shes at her worst behavior doesn't want to stay one place she talk back to me and seriously most times I'm embarrassed. Ill spank her when it's necessary but lately I feel like I'm not a good mom where discipline concern cause she's really rude and annoying and is like she knows she gets under my skin and even when I cry tears she do stuff for the better. I'm at the point where I don't want her around me I find someway of distracting her and keep her busy to avoid me and her fighting.😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
