It looks like a rash from sweating. My mom deals with this on a daily basis. She puts baby powder under her breast and sometimes deodorant.

Keep the area clean and dry. A little bit of baby powder or cornstarch will also help. Keep an eye on it, it can turn fungal and then you will need a medicated cream. If it's very itchy, try some cold compresses. It will relieve the inflammation/itching as well. 😊

I get those. Heat rash. Make sure that it's dry. When you're gonna be sweating, you can use baby powder to keep moisture at bay.i usually take a shower, make sure it's dry and leave my bra off so sweat isn't getting trapped under there

You can get yeast under your boobs if it is really itchy they have a cream kinda like monistat for any where you get a yeast infection not in your vag
