How do I convince my mom to let me get a nose piercing?

I've been asking since I was 15. I live in CT and the age to get a nose piercing is 14. I got my belly pierced at 15 with years of begging. I understand the risks of nose rings and the infection, I'm good with keeping up with cleaning. My grades are amazing; all A's, 3.8 GPA  and I'm an amazing person I would say. I just don't know how to convince her. Any help?

I'm also 15 and do very well in school, but at the same time I am very unusual and nobody likes me. My mom is an amazingly awesome mom, but the only thing she won't let me do is get a facial piercing. She knows from experience that they leave noticeable scars and it is harder to find a job where people will hire you. My mom is only 34 so it's not like she is 50 and things were way different. I would listen to your mom but maybe you will be able to convince her. If not you will always have the chance to do whatever you want when you turn 18.

How do grades work where you live? Where I live, if you have all A's, you have a 4.0 GPA. I know it's not what you're asking, but I'm curious

It's most likely has nothing to do with your personality. She probably just doesn't want you to grow up or has a problem with your appearance. either way be respectful of your mom, but try and reason with her. Some parents won't ever agree with it. My dad only let me have my ears pierced and to this day if I mention wanting to get a nose ring he says he'll rip it out 😂 if it's legal for you to get it, she can't really stop you... But just try and be respectful if you do :)
