It's ONLY right I give an update

So I went to the OB clinic today. My HCG levels went from 691 to 2090. The OB said what they found was a corpus leutum cyst, which happens in pregnancies, so that's just the ovary I ovulated from. When they did my transvaginal ultra sound this time, they still didn't see the gestational sac or anything but he said he wasn't worried. He said it was possible to see something at this point, but not seeing anything isn't concerning. My endometrial line was thickened which is also a good sign. He saw what looked like fluid in my uterus but that was still normal too. I go back on Friday for another HCG test and another ultrasound. He said I may not be in the clear yet, but I'm feeling positive! I'm just waiting for my peanut to show up now!
