Venting beyond pissed

How does my sister tell me 12 days before my shower that the place we had was cancelled and she was to stressed to talk about it. So she left me just waiting for a response 3 in half hours later one of our friends had to contact me telling me the venue has been changed. And not to worry. But I'm still annoyed that 12 days before the shower I have to contact everyone I invited and give them a whole new address. I honestly just feel like saying just forget it all and please cancel. Am I wrong for feeling this way ??!!! I've been crying for half the damn day.
