Twins????

Question

Has anyone pregnant with twins ever been able to tell before their first heartbeat check/ultrasound?
Im 4 weeks 4 days & i have BLOAT! Way more than i had with my daughter... 
Maybe I'm just bigger because this is my 2nd?? 
Probably just paranoid... 😒😒

Same here!! I'm 4 weeks and 4 days and I look like I'm 10 weeks. Is this normal?

I am wondering too because I am so bloated and I started feeling pregnant way before my tests were bfp's! My best friend thinks it is twins Lol But maybe it is because it would be my 3rd 😊 idk I would be happy either way 😍

I have 7 year olds and didn't know until my ultrasound, but it was my first pregnancy though so I couldn't compare. The crazy thing is that the doc urine test came back negative  and they had to do a blood test.
