Are all dogs like this?

I hate to say it but my dog hates black people. Is this normal or completely weird and unheard of? I'm not sure.

She's been around all colors as we have many friends and family that are of different backgrounds, many different skin tones.

My daughter had her best friend visit and she almost bit her upon first meeting her. Her friend is very dark skinned and black.

It happened with several friends too. Only with our very dark skinned black friends though. (We have lighter skinned black friends and there is no problem).

She's 8, mixed breed from the pound 7 years ago. She's trained and always treated very well. She's never shown aggression to anyone before except darker skin black people. Maybe her previous owner was black and mean to her ? I don't know. I am very careful of who comes over now because of this. She wags her tail then lunges for them. It's not in her disposition to do this either so I'm very confused.

I've heard dogs see in black and white and it's common for dogs to dislike black people but I'm not sure if it's true or a story so I'm asking you guys .
