So I didn't know where else to put this I just finished watching roots last night ! As a mother of 3 interracial boys who I know will still struggle with being "black" I just don't get how any human being could have done what was done back in those days 2 of my 3 children look way more white then anything else ...but that didn't matter then and does it really even matter now my husband has even started giving our boys the your black and the police are going to automatically going to target you so be on your ps&qs licture  The things that wee done to the African people disgusts me !!! To the fullest these were people they were just as human as any other white person !!! I see where every African American person is coming from I see why their angry I as a person could never get over being treated as an animal!!! Being ripped away from my home land !!! And still to this day African American people are still looked down on still treated like crap by certain people!!! This just really eats me to my core and I just had to get this off my cheast not trying to upset anyone
