Prego or nah????

Ok so my period was suppose to come on, on the May 23rd (says this app). It also say that my period is 34 days late, and that there is a 27% chance of pregnancy..... I took a pregnancy test on the May 30th, it came back negative.... And it also says that I am on day 60 of my cycle...... What does that even mean!!!! AM I PREGNANT? WHEN WOULD BE THE BEST TIME FOR ME TO TAKE A TEST? IF I AM HOW FAR ALONG AM I? P.S my period has never been more then 3-4 days late
