Cervix??

Anyone check their own cervix? 
I got checked at the hospital last Friday, Doctor said it was closed. 
Then on Saturday, my fiancé and I were.. Well.. Getting "ready" and he just tells me last night that it felt open. About the circumference of his middle finger. Now I'm curious and want to check it!!

Ive attempted to check myself but i have very very short fingers lol. And i have no idea what im supposed to look for.. No amount of google helped me figure out what to feel lol.

You're at a higher risk of infection every time it's checked. Not safe

Me and the hubby were trying to be intimate and during foreplay he could feel our sons head was kind of shocked said he would push and lil man would move up then come back like a weird bouncy balls.......i nearly didn't get sex that night freaked hubs out a bit.

I always start checking myself after 35 weeks. Wash extramly well before of course & you can find YouTube videos to help tech you different techniques. I squat down so my cervix is lower & easier to reach.

I can feel it when its being touched, i checked mine a couple times and i wouldnt have known that that was what i was touching by the feeling on my finger, but you can feel your cervix being touched. Imagine the feeling you get when they insert the qtips and stuff during your well womans exam, and then you'll know if you're on it.
