Does unsweet tea count as water?

Does unsweet tea count as water consumption?  Trying to get my milk up and wondering if the glass of tea I'm drinking counts as water. What do you guys think?

Answer

Yes. That a pitcher of water had a teabag floating in it at one point doesn't magically make it 'not water.' Anymore than drinking a glass of water and then sucking on a teabag right afterwards would make your water magically not water anymore.

It's, at worst, dirty water. 😋

The hydration is good, but caffeine is a diuretic. Water would of course be better, but it's not a bad choice!
