Drank a monster like an idiot!

Ughh so I drank a monster for the first time in 2 years and didn't even realize it's suggested not to drink while nursing! Any mommas drink a monster while nursing as well? What did you do?? Did you pump and dump? How many times did you pump and dump if you did? Did you supplement a few feedings and give formula? How many times did you supplement that day? Or did you just nurse as normal? If so were there noticeable side affects in baby? Or was baby fine? Please help I'm an FTM and freaking out!
