Anyone else break out really bad during their pregnancy?

I need your secret.  I look like I'm 13 again, which was not a good year for my skin.  I've never had so much acne in my life. What are you all using?

Besides being pregnant and my hormones F*** up my skin. I have an acne prone/oily skin. So not blessed from the start. Tried many miracle creams, drugstore...and expensive kind. The only thing that worker for me and saved my face from acne is the Effaklar system from La Roche Posay. I use the medicated wash every morning before brushing my teeth then I apply the clarifying solution toner with a cotton pad. I used in between the Peter Thomas Roth 30x vitamin C, then before bed I clean my face again with the medicated wash, toner then apply the Effaklar duo. And voila! My skin has been clear for 2 months now, I started 2 months and 1 week ago. And I never been happier in my life! I can finally go places make up free and not be ashamed of my face. By the way the 30x vitamin C is good to even the skin tone and get rid of those nasty acne dark spot scars if you wondered. Anyway, it worked a wonder for me and I will be using these products for the rest of my life :)
