Liquid Eyeliner..
About a year ago I started wearing liquid eyeliner, specifically Revlon. I loved it at first and then it started to dry out so I switched into Elf which was my favorite. But all of the sudden I started to take allergic reactions to them.. Swollen eyelids.
I've tried a new bottle of elf and even Maybelline. I just don't know what else I could use.. I was thinking Loréal but I'm clueless.
