I REALLY NEED HELP

so I've been with my bf a year and all we've done is fight. And I met this new guy and I'm not gunna lie, I fell for him and my bf kinda already knows. He knows he's better for me. My bf and I can't seem to be happy but he begged me to give him another chance. He actually opened up and is willing to change because he's so afraid of losing me. Here's the problem. The best thing for me is to go with this other guy and be happy because I know he's a better choice but I also have a new hope with this guy I've been with a whole year. And today I have to decide if I'm gunna go out with one or the other. Ugggg my heart is being pulled in two different directions
