According to my last period we are about 6 weeks 2 days pregnant. Didn't get a positive test result until 10 days after missed period. My first doctor appointment isn't until June 23rd which will put us at about 9 weeks. When is a good time to tell our families we are expecting? And the doctor didn't tell me to come to my first appointment with a full bladder or empty stomach or anything so what am I supposed to do about that part?
