My Daughter's Father Got Arrested.
My ex decided to claim he was going to take me to court. My daughter is 4 months old and he's never even tried to see her, doesn't pay child support or anything else.
Recently I found out he got arrested for Battey Domestic violence.
If he does actually take me to court can I ask for only supervised visitation only? We live in Florida if that matters.
