Milk Supply Question

How long did it take for everyone to get a decent milk supply? I had the flu really bad three days after having my baby, I was even in the hospital to get fluids because it was so bad. My supply has now increased but at night it seems like my daughter just doesn't get enough that we have to give her a bottle as well. She eats 2 oz from the bottle plus nurses and she is a week old today. Is there anyway to increase my supply so that I don't have to give my daughter a bottle.
