Ok so just wondering if any other women are experiencing this....

I am about to turn 30 ekkkkk! And about two months ago my boobs began to hurt all the time like sore and feeling very full and heavy my SO has noticed this too....we have been TTC for about a year so when this began I was super excited but when I tested last month I got a big fat negative and my AF came too....anyways does anyone experience this and what do you do for relief??? I read somewhere that this is normal for women in their 30s
