Scared... Ectopic or Cyst

Sunday I had a intense pain on my right side lasting at least 2hours. It ebbed away but now its begun to ache with a burning sensation in combination with my back in that area but not really any real pain like the initial one sunday. Has anybody had this and it by chance be a cyst that had popped not .... an ectopic pregnancy!?
