Thrombosed Hemmorhoid

Has anyone else had to have one of these removed? I'm 38+4 and I had one removed last Thursday after it appeared on Wednesday morning. It wasn't a hemmorhoidectomy, just an excision. So it was local anesthetic and maybe 15 minutes.

Now the thing has doubled in size and is still just as painful, but it's also bleeding. I'm so nervous because I'm scheduled for induction on Tuesday and I don't know how I'm going to push out my baby boy with this problem. Especially since I have to do it unmedicated.

Someone please help!
