Cramps before and during BM

Anyone else having bad painful cramps right before you have a bowel movement? My stools recently have been smaller like rabbit poop :/ obviously bigger then that but..tmi sorry. But even when they aren't about 5 minutes before and during I have severe cramps where I can't hardly stand straight. Anyone else or any advise out there. Thanks
