4 weeks too early to go to ER for bleeding?

I'm only 4 weeks pregnant but I've been experiencing bright red blood since early this morning. Not enough to fill a pad but it's not super light like implantation either. My husband and I had sex last night so hopefully it's just my cervix that's irritated. Will they do anything at the ER to see if I've had a miscarriage if I'm only 4 weeks pregnant? This will be my 2nd child.

Hi Tina, Just wanted to check and see what the results were. Praying for goon news. I'm experiencing the same thing with my second child and not sure what to think. I called the dr and he started me on progesterone, but still a little anxious.
