What is going on? Excruciating Pain...

So I'm 33, been trying to get pregnant for the last 9 months. My period was supposed to start on the 1st. It hasn't. However, this morning I woke up and thought for sure I started because the cramps were intense. They always are the first day. But nothing, no blood. About 20min later I was in excruciating pain, like couldn't walk, sweating, cold chills, my lower stomach was on fire, oh and lovely vomiting. The pain would be at a level 10 then slowly creep down to a 7, then maybe 5-10 min later it would go back up to a 10. I took some pain meds because I'm telling you, I don't remember it being that bad when I was giving birth to my daughter 14years ago. My fiance wanted to call 911 because of it. I was yelling it hurt so badly not screaming, I couldn't scream cuz it hurt so badly, it was crazy. I didn't go to the ER, I'm really stubborn and didn't want to look ridiculous if this is just period cramps. Now that it's been about 5-6 hours I'm still in a lot of pain like a 6 (still on pain meds...the good kind), no blood. I feel an odd sense of pressure "down there" like if I needed to go poo. There's only a white mucus that started this morning. Idk what's going on. Please any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
