Should I believe her??

I had a friend post a picture two hours before my baby shower but she never showed up to my party. I sent her a text about an hour into my party to ask if she was still coming and she responded with 'ive been sleeping all day from food poisoning'.. Should I believe her ?? 🤔

Well she could have been sick and simply posted a photo that wasn't actually taken that day. Sometimes I'll upload something days after it was actually taken and not directly to FB...So if that was the case it wouldn't surprise me, being sick at home there may not have been much else to do besides lollygag around on social media and stuff. Or she could have lied. Haha. I wouldn't worry about it either way though :)

Yikes. No, pretty obvious she didn't have food poisoning, but try and focus on all the fun you had and the friends and family that cared enough to show up. Some people don't know how to progress and don't know what to do when a friend has a baby 💁🏼

I had the same thing happen at my baby shower yesterday. My friend texted me saying she was nauseous and couldn't make it. But later she ended up going to her boyfriend's house..
