Trying decide between the Halo or this Graco bassinet?

What would you mommies recommend for a bassinet?  It's between the Halo or this bassinet pictured.

I'm due with my 2nd in September and I originally wanted a halo when I first saw it. My sil has one and after looking at it and the price, I am not that impressed. I didn't have one with my first and she made it just fine lol I've decided I'd rather save them money and buy a pack n play and splurge on other items.
