7 weeks pumping only 1/2oz-1oz?

I have been pumping since week one after she eats. I pump for 10-15 min after. I'm
Still only getting 1/2oz to 1oz total each time. I tried fenugreek and blessed thistle and Mothers Milk tea. I'm at a loss. Anyone else have this issue? When I return to work I'll have so little stored and have to use formula for the sitter.

If you're getting that much after a feeding, it's a good thing. Means your baby is taking in the ounces during the feed. And you're emptying your breast by pumping. Sounds like you're doing ok. I did this routine with my newborn for the first 8 weeks, with a lactation specialist.

If you can, try pumping overnight during baby's longest sleep period. I did that several times and then slowly shifted it closer to the morning. It stinks to wake up extra but it's the most productive part of the day for most. Now I can pump about 5-10 extra ounces in the early am. I still only get a bit extra if I pump after feeding her the rest of the day but have been able to save enough for work. And don't forget you only have to have enough for the first day or two of work as long as you can pump while away from baby. It's nice to have a big stash but not totally essential if you can pump at work. Hang in there! You've got this!

You need to be pumping for at least 20 minutes. It triggers a letdown and tells your body to produce more. Drink tons of water. Stressing will screw up your supply. Avoid anything mint and antihistamine meds as they can both dry you up. Try drinking the mother's milk tea. You can find it at pretty much any grocery store. Good luck.

This happened to me.... Baby is 10 days old... I all of a sudden yesterday felt this unusual hardness and as soon as I squeezed boob omg... It just was leaking and leaking so I grabbed my pump and pumped 2 oz from
One boob... Prob could've done more but decided to stop. The advice I got from lac nurse couple days ago worked... Drink water..... Lots of it and I'm not a water drinker so it was hard but made a big diff in what I was able to pump.
